WHAT’S A FLEXIBLE SEASON MEMBERSHIP?
It’s a prepaid season ticket package that gives you the flexibility to attend concerts whenever you choose, in any combination! After you purchase a membership, you can redeem it for tickets up to 48 hours before the concerts of your choice. Tickets may be held at Will Call, mailed, or emailed for you to Print at Home. You can redeem your membership all at once or bit by bit. For guaranteed Section A or B seating (as determined by the membership purchased), membership tickets must be redeemed by September 16, 2012. Limit 8 tickets per household.

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS?
A savings of 10-15% off single-ticket prices Section A or B seating, according to the membership purchased, at every event (guaranteed if tickets are redeemed by September 16, 2012) No processing fees. No lines at the door: go straight to your seat. Free ticket exchanges (available up to 48 hours before a concert). Tickets are transferable: invite guests or give as gifts. Can be used for any combination of 2012-2013 Season concerts.

HOW DO I REDEEM MY FLEXIBLE SEASON MEMBERSHIP?
When you purchase a membership, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing a unique Patron ID. Keep this information handy. Decide which concerts you want to attend. Contact us to redeem your membership for tickets. Over the phone: Call the office at 651-225-4340. Tell us you’re redeeming a membership and make your concert selections with our staff. That’s it!

ARE THERE ANY RESTRICTIONS?
For guaranteed Section A or B seating, make your concert selections before September 16, 2012. Of course, you can redeem your membership all season long, but seating after that date is subject to availability. Membership redemptions and exchanges must be made 48 hours before a performance and are subject to availability after September 16, 2012. Membership purchases cannot be combined with any other offer, including but not limited to Rose Hips membership, Bring a Friend!, MPR Member discount, Group discount, and/or Student/Educator/Senior discounts. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Unused portions of membership packages cannot be refunded and are non-transferable after the final concert of the season. Limit 8 tickets per household.

WHAT’S A ROSE HIPS MEMBERSHIP?
Become a member of Rose Hips, The Rose Ensemble’s membership club exclusively for 20s and 30s somethings! A Rose Hips Membership is a prepaid season ticket package that gives you the flexibility to attend the concerts that work for you at The Basilica or Nativity of Our Lord Catholic Church. Members can take advantage of discounted concert tickets and exclusive opportunities to socialize with Ensemble musicians and other Rose Hips members before, during, and after select concerts at The Basilica, and members receive invitations to exclusive behind-the-scenes experiences and VIP events. For example, join members of the Ensemble for “The Rose at Joe’s,” an exclusive party after the December 22nd concert at The Basilica (with free food). After you purchase a membership, you can redeem it for tickets up to 48 hours before The Basilica or Nativity of Our Lord Catholic Church concerts of your choice (to guarantee B-section seats, redeem tickets at least 2 weeks in advance of the concert date). Tickets are held at Will Call only (patrons must present a valid, government-issued, photo ID proving age-eligibility to claim tickets). You can redeem your membership all at once or bit by bit. Limit 4 tickets per person.

A savings of 25% off single-ticket prices for B-section seating at The Basilica or Nativity of Our Lord Catholic Church (guaranteed Section B seating if tickets are redeemed 2 weeks prior to the concert). No processing fees. Exclusive opportunities to socialize with members of The Rose Ensemble and other Rose Hips members before, during, and after select concerts at The Basilica or Nativity of Our Lord Catholic Church, as well as invitations to exclusive behind-the-scences experiences and VIP events. Membership tickets can be used for any combination of 2012-2013 performances at The Basilica or Nativity of Our Lord Catholic Church.

HOW DO I REDEEM MY ROSE HIPS MEMBERSHIP?
When you purchase a Rose Hips membership, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing a unique Patron ID. Keep this information handy. Decide which concerts you want to attend. Contact the office at 651.225.4340 to redeem your membership for tickets. Tell us you’re redeeming a Rose Hips membership and make your concert selections with our staff. You will be asked to provide your date of birth and a government issued ID number for verification. That’s it!

ARE THERE ANY RESTRICTIONS?
Tickets can only be redeemed for concerts at The Basilica or Nativity of Our Lord Catholic Church. For guaranteed Section B seating, make your concert selections at least two (2) weeks in advance of any concert date. Of course, you can redeem your Rose Hips membership all season long, but seating after the two week notice period is subject to availability. Membership purchases cannot be combined with any other offer, including but not limited to Season Memberships, Bring a Friend!, MPR Member discount, Group discount, and/or Student/Educator/Senior discounts.
