SECURITY POLICY:
Your payment and personal information is always safe with us. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions.
REFUND/Exchange POLICY:
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds will be given. Exchanges may only be made 48 hours before a performance, subject to availability. Non-members will be charged $5 per order exchange. Unused tickets may be mailed or turned in for a tax-deductible donation receipt. Will-call tickets that have not been claimed at the start of the performance may be released for re-sale. In the event of a cancellation do not discard your ticket. Ticket-holders will be contacted with information about available ticketing options.
SHIPPING/DELIVERY POLICY:
There are three delivery options. Orders placed the week of a performance are available for will-call or e-ticket options only.
• US Postal Service: Tickets are mailed 10 days before the event. If tickets are not received within 48 hours of the performance, please call 651.225.4340.
• E-tickets: Tickets will be emailed to you. Print the tickets at home and present directly to ushers for seating.
• Will-Call: Tickets will be held at the event under your last name . The Will Call table opens 90 minutes before the performance.
