Fees: A processing fee of $2.00 will be added to each phone and internet
order.
Delivery: There are three delivery options. Orders placed the week of a performance are available for Will Call or e-ticket options only.
Refunds/Exchanges: ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds will be given. Exchanges must be made at least 48 hours before a performance, tickets subject to availability. Non-members will be charged $5 per order exchange. Unused tickets may be mailed or turned in for a tax-deductible donation receipt. Will Call tickets that have not been claimed at the start of the performance may be released for re-sale. In the unlikely event of a cancellation do not discard your ticket; ticket-holders will be contacted with information about available ticketing options.
The Rose Ensemble is committed to ensuring equal access for all of our patrons. Every effort is made to ensure that the venues where we perform are wheelchair accessible. Any exceptions are noted in the venue descriptions. Details regarding accessible seating locations are provided during the purchasing process by phone. Large print or Braille programs, American Sign Language interpretation, and Audio Description are available upon request with a minimum of 14 days advance notice for each performance. Requests should be made by contacting us online or at 651.225.4340.
